Explore locationJoin us as a Transaction Monitoring QC People Leader at Barclays, where you will help shape the future of banking at Barclays by assessing the quality of business processes and the execution of processes to ensure the development of initiatives to improve quality standards. You will be identifying areas of improvement within operations and provide recommendations for change through quality assurance processes.
To be successful as a Transaction Monitoring QC People Leader, you should have:
Financial Crime Expertise, this includes a strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, sanctions screening and fraud detection.
Ability to analyse transaction patterns, identify suspicious activity and assess potential risks.
Experience in Stakeholder management.
Transaction Monitoring Experience.
Desirable criteria for the role include:
A keen eye for detail, in order to ensure accurate quality control reviews.
Previous experience of Transaction Monitoring.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based in Glasgow.
