Explore locationWe’re seeking a Process, Change and Governance Manager at Barclays to act as a key utility partner to front-line teams, providing subject matter expertise on processes, procedures, risk and control frameworks and change initiatives. This is a highly visible role that bridges operational execution and strategic transformation, ensuring that client journeys are mapped, optimised and managed within a robust control environment.
To be successful as a Process, Change and Governance you should have experience with:
Excellent understanding of end-to-end lending lifecycle processes, from origination to servicing and distribution.
Project management experience, with a track record of delivering change and transformation in a complex operational environment.
Ability to manage senior stakeholders, influence decision-making, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Excellent working knowledge of governance, risk, and control frameworks within a banking or financial services context.

This role will be located at our Manchester office.

To support Wholesale Lending with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution.
