To be successful as a "Business Manager", you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Together with the Division Head of Business Management and leadership team, to drive Division performance against scorecards and project milestones, ensuring the Division achieves core strategic objectives.
Collaborate with business and senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies that align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
Manage the interface between business management in Customer & Digital UK and India operations, alongside directly managing/ coordinating function teams in India.
Manage and coordinate strategic initiatives, projects, and change management to optimize processes and strengthen the control environment.
Drive effective governance and alignment with BUK objectives through ensuring Board, Exco papers and CEO escalations meet quality thresholds and communicate critical business matters.
Communicate leadership agenda within and outside team; ensure that colleagues and other stakeholders clearly understand the Division’s value delivery and strategy.
Convene business units and functions for critical projects/ objectives, fostering communication and collaboration.
Improve operational efficiency within the organisation; identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and implement best practice to enhance productivity.
Manage financial analysis, forecasting and budget to ensure that the business performs against target.
Support business heads, together with HR, on hiring, workforce planning, joiner/mover/leaver actions.
Desirable skill sets/ good to have:
Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the organisation functions to contribute to achieving the goals of the business.
Collaborate with other areas of work, for business aligned support areas to keep up to speed with business activity and the business strategies.
Strong communication skills.
This role will be based out of Gurugram.
