Join us as a “COE Lead - Executive assistant, where you will provide subject matter expertise on India employment legislation, Regulatory Requirements, and Organisational compliance procedures. In this role, you will support the organisation by offering guidance on complex employment law matters, interpreting statutory requirements, ensuring that policies and processes reflect current legal standards and attend various hearings with the regulators . You will partner with various stakeholders to drive fair, consistent, and legally compliant employee practices across the organisation.

Required Skills:

  • Provide high‑complexity executive support to assigned senior stakeholders, including complex calendar management, priority planning and meeting coordination.

  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively manage competing demands to protect executive capacity and effectiveness.

  • Maintain confidentiality, discretion and professional judgement at all times.

  • Act as the primary owner for complex EA service escalations, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder confidence.

  • Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.

Additional Skills:

  • Champion adoption of Copilot and advanced productivity tools to enhance efficiency and consistency of EA services.

  • Leverage automation, templates and digital workflows to reduce manual effort and improve turnaround times.

  • Partner with Technology and Operations teams to implement scalable, compliant solutions.

  • Ensure strong governance and control adherence across all EA activities, including expenses, travel, records and data handling.

  • Identify risks, strengthen controls and maintain audit readiness across the EA Hub.

  • Work closely with HR, Finance, Technology, Workplace and Business Management teams to deliver integrated support.

  • Maintain strong awareness of business strategy and align EA services accordingly.

Basic/ Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading Executive Assistant or administrative teams at scale, including leadership through managers.

  • Excellent Communication skills.

  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to operate with senior leaders.

  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement, standardisation and service governance.

  • Strong judgement, prioritisation and escalation‑handling capability.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

This role will be based out of Noida/Gurgaon.

Purpose of the role

To manage the executive's schedule, handling correspondence, preparing presentations and reports, and providing other administrative support as needed. 

Accountabilities

  • Management of senior executive members calendars and overseeing their timely responses to meeting invitations and requests.
  • Planning and arranging travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, ensuring timely and efficient travel for the executive.
  • Proactively anticipating the needs of the senior executive, prioritising tasks, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Management of day-to-day administrative tasks, such as expenses, maintaining filing systems, and ordering office supplies, annual leave records management, distribution list management and organisation management tasks.
  • Management and facilitation of senior executive members meetings.
