Join us as a Senior Analyst within the Deal Support Team . The Deal Support Team (DST) provides support to the Corporate and Business Banking origination teams through research, analysis and operational support. This Senior Analyst role sits close to the leadership agenda and supports Business Management / Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant activities for senior leaders. The role will help maintain the day-to-day rhythm of the Head of Team by coordinating priorities across stakeholders, preparing materials for key meetings, tracking actions and follow-ups, and ensuring timely, accurate MI/performance reporting for the team. The role also supports coordination of leadership visits and events, and day-to-day business management activities such as budget tracking, expense management/approvals and maintaining key trackers, helping the team run smoothly and consistently.

To be a successful Senior Analyst you should have experience with :

Basic/ Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders (MD/Leadership office exposure preferred), with strong judgement, confidentiality and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong reporting and business management execution: producing MI/dashboards/trackers, maintaining action logs, and delivering clear written updates for leadership
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail: diary/meeting coordination, visit/event logistics, and accurate processing/tracking of budgets and expenses

Desirable skillsets/ good to have:

  • PowerPoint / Excel skills to build crisp leadership communications, MI packs and trackers (Power BI/Alteryx a plus)
  • Experience running leadership routines: meeting cadences, agenda setting, minutes/actions, decision logs, and follow-ups across multiple senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with financial services / corporate banking environment and comfort working with confidential and time-sensitive information

This role will be based out of Gurugram.

Purpose of the role

To support coverage to grow income for both new and existing customers by providing marketing leading tools, a world class learning & development programme as well as analytical support in terms of sales management tools to contribute to the overall success of UKC. 

Accountabilities

  • Design, execution and embedding of an ongoing roadmap to provides market leading Tools for RDs and Coverage.
  • Design, execution and embedding of an ongoing training plan to provide ‘World Class Learning’.

  • Collaboration with Product to develop market leading industry/segment focused products and multi product solutions and develop and drive initiatives.
  • Development of the data capability across UK Corporate to enable delivery of client insights to drive acquisitions and increase wallet share.
  • Maximise the positive impact of UCRM and Salesforce as a tool for Corporate Banking.
  • Implementation of agreed minimum standards and best practices across UK Corporate  and support this with sales management tools to drive overall success.
