To be successful as a "Tech Testing, LRR, CAS" you should have experience with:
Person Specification:
Testing experience of IT Application Controls (ITAC) / IT General Controls (ITGC) / Cyber Security Assessments / Data Privacy Assessments.
Hands on experience in IT Audits / IT Assessments and GRC (Governance, Risk & Controls).
Good understanding of industry frameworks such as COSO, COBIT, NIST, ISO27001, and control frameworks.
Can manage the trade-offs of delivery within time, cost, and quality constraints.
Proactively identifies risks, issues and dependencies and can perform analysis on value at risk and mitigation options across a project.
Analytical approach and proven ability to manage issues through to resolution
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across a global team.
Ability to successfully multitask and complete assignments with varying lead times.
Positive, energetic attitude with an acumen for identifying issues and opportunities.
Self-starter & works independently.
Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems / technology, Computer Science, Information Security, Computer Applications or similar field; or bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance / business with relevant experience in IT Audits.
Relevant professional certification (CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CISM, ISO 27001) or equivalent.
Extensive knowledge of technology risk and control including relevant tools and techniques.
Good understanding of programming/ database languages viz. C++, Java, COBOL, SQL.
Competence in Cyber Security Frameworks, Standards and Principles.
Understanding of key ITAC categories such as system interface, reconciliation, segregation of duties and report generation.
Depth of knowledge of key areas in technology risk, including operations, change, security, resilience at both application and infrastructure layers.
Extensive knowledge and experience in one or more of the following fields IT audit, Risk and Control, IT security.
Advanced Excel skills; and experience using data analytics tools or Computer Assisted Audit Techniques would be advantageous.
Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of Identity Access Management, Privileged Access Management and Cloud Security.
Practical experience in managing Technology Risks & Controls in Banking/ NBFC domains.
Practical experience in design and development of SharePoint or similar tools.
