To be successful in this role, you should have experience with:
Risk and control background experience with risk identification and mitigation
Evaluating remedial risk ratings, adhere to regulations, and issue coordination
Collaborating with internal stakeholders and various cross functional groups
Process mapping, and accountable for specific processes and documentation
Other highly valued skills include:
Background in audit or operations is preferred
Experience with AL tools such as Copilot to improve manual processes
Experience with Python is a plus
This role is located in Henderson, NV and Wilmington, DE offices.
Salary for Henderson, NV:
Minimum: $ 70,000
Maximum: $ 140,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
Purpose of the role
To monitor quality standards and policies and support the implementation of these across all operational processes. To collaborate with control owners to execution Risk Control Self Assessments (RSCA) that measure the effectiveness of controls.
