Explore locationStep into a hybrid role of HR Colleague Experience Delivery Partner, where you'll provide first-class support with coordinating onboarding and induction of early talent into Barclays and onto their relevant development programs with expertise and care. You will develop and implement a structured timetable of development activity, liaising with participants and host departments to ensure smooth and timely transition of interns and Graduates and maintain relevant and informative content for Early Career programs. In addition, you will be involved in the coordination and logistics management of training initiatives for Early Career Program across APAC region, including orientation, learning interventions and connection activities for our Early Careers cohorts. Additional skills include effective communication organizational and project management skills with a passion for learning and people development. Fluency in Cantonese language will be a plus as the role covers Hong Kong, where a proficiency of the language will help navigate the local stakeholders, laws, rules and regulations.
