In this role, you’ll apply deep analytical skills and industry knowledge to help clients navigate critical acquisition and divestiture strategies and achieve value‑creating results.
To be successful as an Acquisitions and Divestitures, AVP you should have experience with:
Related Reservoir Engineering
Performing Decline Curve Analysis (DCA) and field development planning, including type curve generation, inventory evaluation and creating drill schedules
Working knowledge and understanding of Operations and Geoscience disciplines
Some highly valued skills include:
Prior work experience in an A&D team at an Exploration & Production company or in an Investment Bank
Preparing and reviewing Virtual Data Rooms related to buy-side and sell-side due diligence
Forecasting well production using Aries or Spotfire applications
Experience in coding in Python
