To be successful as aCISO People Organisation Effectiveness Analyst, you should have experience with:
Personability: an outgoing nature, and a desire to interact with people and to improve outcomes for them.
Stakeholder management: an ability to build andmaintaineffective working relationships with people of different seniorities and from diverse backgrounds.
Training design: an ability to maps current skill levels within the teams, toanticipatefuture skills requirements, and design training solutions that bridge the gap.
Process design: being able to design and manage business processes to ensure efficient use of company resources.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience working in HR or knowledge of people plans.
Engagement: being able to support people-centric events and support the delivery of outreach activities.
Organisational skills: an ability to deal with complexity and to respond to it by implementing systems that drive efficiency or make the complexity easier to manage
Knowledge of the cybersecurity domain, and how a cybersecurity function within a large financial institution is structured
