Explore locationJoin our Business Banking team as a Salesforce Product and Proposition Manager where you will manage and evolve the Salesforce product, focusing on improving processes for both colleague and customer experiences. You will drive change, make key decisions, and implement solutions to enhance the tools and propositions our colleagues rely on, with a particular emphasis on Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud. In this role, you will support the ongoing development and optimisation of colleague-facing products, ensuring they align with business goals and streamline daily customer service.
To be successful as a Salesforce Product and Proposition Manager, you should have the following experience:
Experience in end-to-end Salesforce delivery with a proven track record of managing and executing Salesforce solutions.
Experience in product/proposition delivery and development, including defining priorities and driving outcomes for propositions.
Experience in driving and managing change initiatives.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Some other highly valued skills include:
Experience with using Jira.
Experience in monitoring KPIs, analysing data to inform decisions, and identifying trends to deliver valuable outcomes.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role will be based in Knutsford, Birmingham, London, Glasgow or Sunderland.
Purpose of the role
To manage and develop existing and new products and/or services; and where applicable, ownership of related customer and colleague journeys, develops the product strategy, drive change through Barclays execution teams, make key decisions in the product lifecycle and own associated outcomes for customers, colleagues and the bank, achieved through appropriate service level agreements, regulatory compliance, risk management and controls.
