Explore locationA Quality Assurance Team Leader is responsible for leading a team delivering quality assurance activity across Client Servicing, ensuring colleagues consistently follow approved processes, controls, and client servicing standards incorporating assessment of high risk processes operated across the business. The role provides oversight of QA testing, coaching, performance improvement, and quality governance to support a strong risk and control environment.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Accomplished background in people leadership.
Experience of virtual team leadership and adaptability to manage multiple ask across different workstreams simultaneously.
Experience in creating designing and embedding QA framework.
Risk and Control Awareness.
Change experience, driving forward ideas and analysing key trends to drive improvements.

Process Governance oversight.
Strategic and forward-thinking mindset, particularly around digitisation and process improvements.

Purpose of the role
To monitor quality standards and policies and support the implementation of these across all operational processes. To collaborate with control owners to execution Risk Control Self Assessments (RSCA) that measure the effectiveness of controls.
