These include data security, security risk , asset security, security architecture and engineering (incl. cloud security), communications and networks, security operations, software development, security assurance testing, identity and access management (IAM).
To be successful as a Security Consultant, you should have experience with:
An understanding of infrastructure and platform security engineering.
Proficiency in identifying, mitigating, and remediating security weaknesses in technology solutions.
Good stakeholder and communication skills to influence and drive effective solutions.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
A Cyber Security qualification, such as a degree, master’s, or CISSP certification.
Experience securing enterprise systems, including M365, AWS, GCloud and operating systems like Windows and Linux.
Experience in securing Infrastructure, Cloud and Big Data platforms.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
The location of your role is Knutsford/Glasgow.
