Explore locationWe are seeking a Senior Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join Cross Product Servicing within Customer Care. In this role, you will lead and enable an Agile Release Train delivering customer servicing capabilities across multiple products, channels, and journeys. You will facilitate core planning and execution events and work with teams to ensure delivery commitments are clearly visualised through dashboards, providing transparency on performance against commitments to deliver. The role drives alignment between Product, Technology, Operations, and Customer Care stakeholders, and plays a critical part in improving delivery predictability, flow, and transparency across complex servicing change, while ensuring strong governance, control, and adherence to enterprise standards in a regulated environment.

Purpose
Facilitates and coordinates Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to ensure that multiple teams within a program are aligned and delivering value efficiently. To manage dependencies, remove impediments, and oversee the planning and execution of Program Increments. Foster collaboration across teams, ensures alignment with business objectives, and drives continuous improvement in large-scale Agile environments.
