Explore locationWe are seeking an experienced Tableau Developer to join the Resilience Tooling team within CSO Technology. In this role, you will successfully lead the end‑to‑end design, development, and delivery of enterprise dashboards for the Resilience Tools Tech function. The role requires deep knowledge in Tableau, ample MS SQL engineering, and hands‑on API development using Python or C# to integrate and automate data flows. The developer will translate business requirements into scalable, performant, and secure analytics products used by senior stakeholders.
To be successful as a Tableau Developer, you should have:
Solid and demonstrable experience as a tableau developer.
Demonstrable expertise in data modelling, visual design, performance optimization and production deployment.
Cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills with stakeholders.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Ability to handle ambiguous requirements, drive discovery sessions, and deliver executive‑grade dashboards.
Ample communication skills and stakeholder management.
Solid understanding of data architecture, semantic layers, performance tuning, and dashboard governance.

This role will be based in our Knutsford office.
