Explore locationJoin us as an Ecosystem Manager at Barclays, where you will be responsible for managing and growing the local innovation ecosystem, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to help high-growth businesses start, scale and succeed. Based within Eagle Lab, you will champion the Eagle Lab proposition through one-to-one business support, skills development and large-scale events, while working closely with partners including the University of Lincoln to create valuable opportunities for entrepreneurs and businesses. Using your knowledge of the regional business landscape and Agri-Tech sector, you will strengthen networks, drive business acquisition ambitions within Business Banking, and deliver meaningful outcomes for clients, partners and Barclays.

This role will be based in Lincoln, and the successful candidate will be client facing on site, 5 days per week.
