Our Explorer Programme
You'lljoin our explorer programme, a 2-year programme designed to give you depth and breadth of experience. Participating in job-based bespoke training from the start enabling you to gofully-equippedinto your role as you embark on the first of three eight-month long rotations.

Barclays is unable to offer visa sponsorship for this programme as the role does not currently meet the UK Home Office eligibility requirements for Skilled Worker sponsorship.
To be eligible, you must have the legal right to work full-time in the UK for the entire duration of the graduate programme, from August 2027 to August 2029, without requiring sponsorship from Barclays.

Purpose of the role
To participate in the attraction and retention of customers and clients, communicating the benefits of banking with Barclays, working on diverse projects, including branding, advertising, social media, digital marketing, events, sponsorships and sales collateral.
