Explore locationWe are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring that the vision and strategic goals outlined in the product roadmap are effectively translated into deliverable solutions.
To be successful as a Business Analyst, you should have experience with:
• Previous experience as a Data Product Owner or Business Analyst with a focus on data-driven products.
• Experience in data design and data modelling across complex systems.
• Working knowledge of AWS (S3, Redshift, Glue, etc.) and Databricks.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of agile delivery frameworks and modern data architectures.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This will be located at our London office.
Purpose of the role
To collaborate with product owners and other technical teams involved in the product development process and utilise their knowledge of the bank’s technologies to enact the vision defined in the product roadmap.
