Thebusiness manager for UK forms part of the team that supports the Head of the UK business and management team in achieving a diverse set of objectives and in delivering sustainable growth. He/She is responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the central Office, The role holder will lead the Colleague & Client Agenda, as well as owning specific transformational initiatives and projects. The role reports into the Chief of Staff for PBWM business. The key duties required to fulfil these responsibilities are:
Responsible for delivering materials required to run the business for internal and external stakeholders. This can include Business Reviews, Regulatory reports, Papers for Senior Management etc.
Where appropriate execute on special projects and programmes across the division to advance the strategy by forming cross-functional teams
Partner and collaborate with PBWM UK Management Team members to understand specific objectives and provide support as needed to drive progress
Drive effective organisational design which sets the business up for success including executive talent management and recruitment
Coordinate UK-wide internal and external Communication plans
Set the business head Client and Colleague agendas. This includes managing a regular rhythm of site visits and ensuring a high quality of client and colleague engagement and events
