To be successful as a Commercial Manager - Credit Card Acquisition, you should have:
Proven experience in finance and/or commercial management, with a good understanding of business performance drivers.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with external-facing clients to drive shared objectives.
Skilled in tracking performance data and identifying customer journey pain points to inform optimization efforts.
Experienced in managing credit card products and overseeing their end to end customer journeys.
Capable of managing and providing oversight of acquisition campaigns from planning through performance evaluation.
Demonstrated ability to execute and manage strategic projects from conception through to delivery.
Stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing and engaging at Managing Director level.
Expertise in interpreting and leveraging complex data sets to provide analytical insights and actionable recommendations.
Experience collaborating across cross-functional departments and diverse business areas to deliver aligned outcomes.
Evidence of problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyse root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Product management experience.
Technical delivery experience.
Credit card knowledge and/or understanding.

This role can be based in London, Northampton, Manchester, or Glasgow.
