Why the Electronic Trading Graduate Associate programme?
The Statistical Modelling and Development (SMAD) team within Electronic provide and manage eTrading algorithms and decision logic across Markets. The team partners with technology, risk, control functions and trading to deliver industry-leading algorithms for automated pricing, risk management and execution across all asset classes. Who we're looking for
To be considered for this programme, you must have completed (or be in the final year of) a postgraduate qualification (Master’s or higher) in a technical discipline such as Quantitative Finance, Calculus, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Physics, Machine Learning, or other STEM subjects.

Purpose of the role
To participate in the day-to-day activities of the SMAD electronic trading division providing insights and expertise that help senior colleagues make informed decisions, develop new products and services, and identify new market opportunities.
