We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) within our Digital Channels function, as well as broader support to members of the Digital Channels Leadership Team. This is a pivotal role operating at the heart of technology leadership, where you will manage complex priorities, enable effective communication, and exercise sound judgement in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment. Your contribution will play a key role in supporting the effectiveness of senior leaders and the wider success of the business. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior leaders is essential.

Advanced Diary & Prioritisation Management
You are confident managing a complex, high-volume, and constantly evolving diary. You proactively resolve clashes, reschedule where needed, and apply context to prioritise effectively.
Discretion, Judgment & Stakeholder Awareness
You demonstrate exceptional judgment when dealing with senior stakeholders, understanding what requires immediate attention versus what can be managed through structured check-ins. You handle sensitive information with professionalism and care.
Communication & Information Handling
You communicate clearly and concisely, ensuring the CIO is always well-informed. You are skilled at managing correspondence, identifying key priorities, and maintaining a structured, efficient approach to information flow.
Desirable Skills:
A Genuine Interest in Digital Technology
Curiosity about digital tools, platforms, and evolving ways of working enables you to better support the CIO and align with strategic priorities.
Event & Logistics Coordination
Experience organising leadership meetings, planning sessions, and team events, ensuring smooth execution and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Tools
Confident use of Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook to manage calendars, shared resources, meeting documentation, and collaboration spaces.
