Join us at Barclays within the Global Markets Transition Management team. In role you will be responsible for steering a client through the Barclays infrastructure.  This will entail specific coordination for new or existing clients across Sales, Credit/Risk, KYC, Legal, Operations and other parts of the firm.  As a Transition Manager you will be expected to own clients on-boarding experience and carry forward other opportunities supporting organic growth. This will include seeing the client relationships through from implementation to trading point and internal stakeholder engagement across a range of product teams to ensure an efficient onboarding process. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team working with clients across a range of market products.

To be successful as a Transition Manager you should have:

  • Awareness of and experience working with Investment Banking products across a range of Markets Asset classes
  • An efficient understanding of Cross Markets Trading business
  • Previous experience in client services, integration or onboarding
  • Ability to manage and develop external relationships and engage with relevant internal stakeholders to deliver desired outcomes

Other skills useful for this role include:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
  • The ability to extract data from a range of sources and carry out root cause analysis
  • Ability to multi-task with demonstrated capability of managing deliveries within clearly defined timeframes
  • Confidence to resolve issues, manage priorities and address challenges directly

Purpose of the role

Liquid Finance Platform covers a variety of roles and is central to the delivery of best-in-class products and services, and for the provision of strategic client and risk solutions across the full spectrum of the Prime Financing businesses.

Accountabilities

  •  Working with clients to optimise the Liquid Financing relationship 
  •  Provide best-in-class service and escalation oversight 
  •  Primary contact for Liquid Financing clients in areas such as trading, risk, billing and reporting
  • Provide expertise on industry and regulatory initiatives
  • Subject matter expert for our clients, with a deep understanding of each client’s business mix, operational requirements and product sensitivities
