Explore locationJoin us as a Marketing Communications Manager Barclaycard Payments SME, where you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering customer-focused marketing strategies across the entire lifecycle. From acquisition and onboarding through to engagement, loyalty, and retention, you’ll create impactful campaigns that drive growth, strengthen relationships with our small business customers, and support the future success of Barclaycard Payments.
Essential Skills / Basic Qualifications:
Proven experience in strategic thinking and planning, with analytical and financial acumen
Solid background in B2B marketing, preferably within financial services or payments (but not mandatory).
Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, communication, project managment, and organisation
Desired skills / preferred qualifications:
Degree-level education (or equivalent experience)
A deep understanding of SMEs and the payments sector
The ability to translate complex financial products and services and into customer-centric marketing and communication
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based in London.
