Join us as a PBWM MI & Intelligence Lead, where you’ll play a central role in understanding and driving the performance of our Digital Investing business across acquisition and customer engagement. You’ll deliver clear weekly and monthly performance reporting, provide insight‑led updates to senior leaders, and help shape the commercial decisions that fuel growth.

In this role, you’ll lead key forums such as the Weekly Business Update and the Monthly Digital Commercial Review, ensuring senior stakeholders have a clear view of performance trends, campaign impact, and strategic priorities. You’ll also run regular deep‑dive sessions to surface opportunities, highlight risks, and guide action across the business.

As the go‑to expert for ad‑hoc reporting, you’ll produce high‑quality dashboards and presentations for senior leaders, including the CEO’s Office. You’ll manage monthly forecasting and variance analysis, support business leads, and coordinate submissions with Finance. You will also lead the annual planning cycle, shaping a robust five‑year commercial outlook supported by clear growth initiatives.

A key part of the role includes strengthening data quality by identifying and closing tagging and tracking gaps, ensuring insights are accurate, complete and actionable.

To be successful as a PBWM MI & Intelligence Lead, you should have:

  • Good numerical, analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to turn large data sets into actionable insights.
  • Hands‑on experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, Alteryx and building dashboards, including working with Salesforce data.
  • Experience delivering complex, cross‑functional projects and influencing stakeholders across a matrixed organisation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with confidence navigating senior audiences.
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, good digital awareness, and the ability to set, measure and monitor KPIs.

This role is based in London or Glasgow.

Purpose of the role

To support the bank's decision-making processes by providing timely, accurate, and insightful information through designing, developing, and maintaining management reports, compelling visualisations and dashboards that effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), data insights and trends across various business units.

Accountabilities

  • Design and development of comprehensive reports and dashboards utilisng best practices in data visualisation principles and design aesthetics to ensure clarity, accuracy, and accessibility.

  • Design, development and implementation of automated report generation processes and visualisation methodologies for improved efficiency and timeliness. 

  • Identification and analysis of business requirements to define report content and format.

  • Maintenance and updating of existing reports and dashboards to reflect changing business needs, including co-ordination of reporting template releases and related administrative tasks.

  • Development of robust processes & controls for collating input data, performing exploratory data analysis & data cleansing and seeking signoffs as required. 

  • Engagement with stakeholders as needed to ensure up to date data is incorporated into reporting and visualisations.
