Explore locationJoin at Barclays as a Regulatory Reporting Transformation Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the team working on driving the end-to-end transformation of regulatory reporting processes, with a core focus on the review and interpretation of applicable laws, rules, and regulations across multiple jurisdictions in the Asia-Pacific region. You will lead the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of data controls and testing to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of regulatory reports.
To be successful for the role, candidates should possess the following skills or experience:
Knowledge of financial services laws, rules, and regulations.
Expertise in regulatory reporting, data controls, and testing methodologies.
Ability to interpret and operationalize complex regulatory change.
Advanced cross-functional collaboration, especially with Technology and Compliance.
Analytical and communication skills, with a focus on regulatory engagement and audit readiness.
