Explore locationAs Vice President – Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Talent Management, you will provide strategic leadership and deep domain expertise to shape and support the successful delivery of enterprise-wide talent initiatives. Acting as the senior authority in your field, you will bridge the gap between business strategy, HR operations, and change delivery teams. You will play a critical role in influencing programme direction, assessing organisational impact, and ensuring that talent solutions are aligned with long-term business goals.
You will lead on knowledge transfer, support the development of training and communication strategies, and act as a key advisor throughout the change lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include championing the change within your domain, supporting user acceptance testing, and providing post-implementation guidance to ensure sustainable adoption. Through close collaboration with senior stakeholders, project teams, and HR leadership, you will help embed best practices, drive innovation, and deliver measurable outcomes in talent management.
To be successful as a Subject Matter Expert in Talent Management – 12 Months Full Time Contract, you should have experience with:
Extensive expertise in talent management, with a proven track record of shaping and delivering strategic HR initiatives at a senior level.
Strong leadership and stakeholder influence, with the ability to operate effectively across executive and cross-functional teams.
Experience supporting large-scale change programmes, including impact assessment, training, and adoption strategies.
Ability to provide thought leadership and challenge constructively, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and future capability needs.

Your role can be located from out Glasgow or London office.
