Barclays Bank Delaware seeks ECM Digital Analytics and Optimization Director in Wilmington, DE (multiple positions available):
Lead the development, management and optimization of risk/reward opportunities for the US Consumer Bank with focus on growth initiatives through Digital / Mobile data and analytics.
Drive world-class analytics as it relates to prospecting for new customers and deepening relationship with existing customers across various products and portfolios, e.g., co-brand cards, loans, retail point of sales, and deposits.
Optimize new customer acquisitions through multiple digital channels, including: cobrand partner websites and mobile apps, paid media, and Barclays website
Deepen relationships with existing customers, responsible for next best offer optimization and presentment on digital, including strategies related to credit line increase, balance growth
offers, promotional spend offers, credit education, and collections.
Build and manage a foundation of digital and mobile analytical tools and methods, and use those solutions to optimize customer engagement, digital adoption and wallet share growth.
Lead a team of 6 highly skilled professionals to execute strategy, including
Serve as driving force of business expansion and evolution.

To use innovative data analytics and machine learning techniques to extract valuable insights from the bank's data reserves, leveraging these insights to inform strategic decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and drive innovation across the organisation.
