Explore locationJoin us as a Top of Funnel Acquisition Senior Manager – Retail Loans at Barclays where you will help shape the future of banking by driving customer acquisition and growth for the Retail Personal Loans product, by identifying and engaging new and existing Barclays customers across various markets and channels. It involves developing and optimising customer entry points into our journeys, leveraging data and market insights to identify trends and opportunities, and managing relationships and integrations with aggregators. The position is highly commercial and data-driven, requiring collaboration with stakeholders across the business, in particular in marketing, product and technology, to deliver acquisition targets, enhance performance, and diversify customer reach through innovative strategies.
To be successful as a Top of Funnel Acquisition Senior Manager – Retail Loans, you should have:
Experience managing aggregators and affiliates, in particular relevant to the personal loans market (i.e. , ClearScore, Moneysupermarket, etc).
Numerically and technically literate to be able to manage digital integration projects with partners.
Considerable commercial acumen and influencing skills.
Demonstrable experience in loans or unsecured lending acquisition, ideally within Retail Banking, Fintech or Financial Services.
Considerable experience with marketing and distribution channels, including aggregators and price comparison websites (PCWs).
Ability to execute through influence, managing complex stakeholder networks.
Commercial acumen with a focus on innovation and growth delivery.
Deep understanding of personal loans market dynamics and competitor landscape.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

This role can be based in London, Northampton, Manchester or Glasgow.
