To be successful as a UI Developer, you should have experience with:
Experience in the industry with advanced skills in UI frameworks such as React
Deep understanding of core web technologies, including responsive and adaptive design.
Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, MobX) and building scalable, reusable components.
Proficiency with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) and debugging tools for robust, maintainable code.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Distributed Cache experience (Ignite, Redis, Gemfire, and so on.) and with Cloud platforms (AWS, Google, and so on.)
Experience working with at least one messaging platform (MQ/ TIBCO/ Kafka/ Solace)
CI/CD, DevOps, Containers and Agile methodology for software development
Experience with RDBMS - Oracle or similar (e.g., MS-SQL, PostgreSQL)
Camunda BPM for workflow orchestration and process automation, including BPMN 2.0
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
