Join us as a " Prime IntegrationAnalyst " at Barclays. Investment Banking Analytics works in close partnership with our product and coverage businesses to design, develop and deliver valuable data and analytic content.  We are accountable for the continued development and evolution of the analytic capabilities to support the growing reliance on data and creating model driven outcomes. The successful candidate will be required to work directly with developers and business consumers to find the most meaningful ways of presenting complex combinations of the qualitative and quantitative data to drive commercial outcomes.

To be successful as a " Prime IntegrationAnalyst ", you should have experience with:

Basic/ Essential Qualifications:

  • Graduate or MBA from top tier Engineering/Business school. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly articulate complicated issues to management and other impacted areas and ensure timely resolution of issues and breaches. Should be comfortable communicating directly with all levels of the organization, including senior management.

Desirable skillsets/ good to have:

  • Highly analytical and numerate with exceptional problem solving abilities and Comprehensive knowledge on Derivative, Rates and FX products and associated risks. 
  • Well organised with good time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise tasks. Ability to multi-task and prioritise accordingly in a highly pressurised environment.
  • Superior attention to detail 

  • Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, Macros), MS Office skills and inclination to learn new IT Skills like Qlikview Well organised with good time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise tasks.Ability to multi-task and prioritise accordingly in a highly pressurised environment.
  • Understanding of onboarding process will be an added advantage. 
  • The person needs to have a proven record of willingness to take ownership and responsibility. 

This role will be based out of Nirlon Knowledge Park (NKP, Goregaon) in Mumbai

Purpose of the role

To maintain the smooth and efficient operation of our trading desks, providing operational support and expertise to traders, sales professionals, and other key stakeholders, helping them maximize their productivity and minimize disruptions and handling administrative tasks, and providing market information and research. 

Accountabilities

  • Provision of immediate and efficient technical support to traders and sales professionals on the trading desks, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure uninterrupted trading activities.
  • Coordination of trade execution by liaising with traders, clients, and other internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Maintenance and updating of trade records, transaction logs, and client databases accurately.
  • Reports, presentations, and documentation preparation to support sales and trading activities.
  • Monitoring of market data and assist in the analysis of financial information for trading decisions.
  • Operational tasks such as processing trades, confirming orders, and resolving trade discrepancies.
