To be successful as a “Securitized Products BM “, you should have experience with:

Basic/ Essential Qualifications:

  • Analyze late trade bookings inline with TRACE requirements
  • Reporting of FINRA 4210 Program: Primary & Secondary Exceptions
  • Reporting for Agency CMO & GNPL platform & scalability control forum
  • Delivery of trader report card
  • Production of monthly KPI deck to map the performance of the business on multiple metrics
  • Production of controls and suitability MI to track any breaches
  • Delivery of MSFTA Aggregation for regulatory reporting
  • Analytics of P&L and its explains as well as outline the commentary based on the same
  • Track Securitized Product Origination transaction approvals and save approval emails from the committee for evidence. Also participate in deal approval process as secretariat to take votes and confirm approval on emails.
  • Production of decks for management meetings.
  • Track existing / new agreements with third-party suppliers leveraged across the Securitized Products business to track lifecycle events (e.g., tracking agreement end dates so that Coupa requisitions for Sourcing engagement are raised in a timely manner)
  • Preparation of templates for stress tests and recovery & resolution submissions
  • Tracking of COI expenses / reconciling with Procurement Op Reporting
  • Ad-hoc customized analysis as required by the business managers to analyze the business performance or lead/lag indicators
  • Development of business intelligence dashboards in applications like Tableau / Qlikview
  • Automation of existing processes using business intelligence tools or VBA macro.

Desirable skillsets/ good to have:

  • The candidate must possess proficiency in production of Microsoft PowerPoint presentation decks and be a master in art of visual story-telling using graphical data representation
  • Good understanding of Securitized Products and financial instruments (MBS, ABS, agency/non-agency mortgages, whole loans, warehouse lending, Sec Products financing solutions)
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Advanced Excel knowledge along with clear demonstration of these skills in previous work experience
  • Good knowledge of BI tools like Qlikview, Business Objects, Flightdeck etc.
  • Good understanding of Technology and Project Management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Preferably a management degree
  • Confident in dealing with groups outside of immediate team (Sales, Trading, etc.)
  • The successful candidate will have proven experience of:
    • Executing against tight deadlines
    • Ability to handle stressful situations
    • Good Stakeholder communication skills
    • Evidence of successful collaboration in a global, geographically dispersed environment

This role will be based out of Nirlon Knowledge Park, Mumbai.

Purpose of the role

To enable the success of the business and assist senior leaders navigate complex challenges, make informed decisions, and achieve their goals

Accountabilities

  • Collaboration with business and senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaison between different business units and functions, fostering communication and collaboration.
  • Management and coordination of strategic initiatives, projects, and change management efforts to optimize business processes and strengthen the control environment.
  • Improvement of operational efficiency within the organisation including the identification of areas for improvement, streamlining of processes, and implementation of best practices to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Development of performance reporting for key metrics that reinforce the strategic objectives of the division and support the external commitments made. Involvement in aspects of financial analysis and budget management, including assistance in financial planning, forecasting, and monitoring of financial performance against targets.
  • Support to business heads in partnership with HR on hiring, workforce planning, joiner/mover/leaver actions.
