To be successful as an “Process Expert”, you should have experience with:
Required Skills:
Should have experience in handling the Inductions session
Ability to co-ordinate with stakeholders
Able to articulate well on the subjects related to induction
Able to handle the documentation on Day1, includes statutory documents
Should be able to plan and prepare profile and send the same to
vendor on-time
Additional Skills:
Excellent communication (Verbal and Non-Verbal)
Stakeholder management
1 -2 years of relevant experience
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree

This role will be based out of Pune.
The shift timings of the role are 9am to 6pm IST.
