Barclays Capital Inc. seeks AVP, Investment Banking in New York, NY (multiple positions available):
Advise clients on a wide range of strategic transactions across Insurance, FinTech, Banks and Specialty Finance, and Asset and Wealth Management Verticals.
Conduct industry research, evaluate key trends and opportunities, develop financial models, perform valuation analyses and manage the execution of transactions.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and senior leadership, while nurturing and building strong relationships with other industry professionals.
Execute and manage financial transactions, including developing relationships and managing people.
Coordinate deal-related workstreams between team members, clients, industry consultants, lawyers and accountants.
Conduct financial analysis and modeling to prepare plans of action for strategic transactions.
Employ financial models to develop solutions to financial problems or to assess the financial or capital impact of transactions.
Position requires 20% domestic and international travel to meet with clients.
Salary / Rate Minimum/yr: $225K per year
Salary / Rate Maximum/yr: $247,500 per year
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
This position is eligible for incentives pursuant to Barclays Employee Referral Program.
