As a senior developer in the Equity Derivatives Technology team, you will have a unique opportunity to build strategic technology solutions for the Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS) desk using good engineering principles and practices.
To be successful as a Eq Derivs Senior Dev, you should have experience with:
Programming with Core Java and use of multithreading, Streams, JDBC etc
Designing / architecting service oriented systems
SQL and Relational databases like Oracle and experience in designing tables/entities.
Async communication using Messaging brokers (Kafka, Solace, MQ, etc.)
Experience with Front-office / Trading facing technology teams
Other highly valued skills include:
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Programming with Python
Efficient communication skills
UI development with Angular
Basic knowledge of Equity Derivative Products
Salary/rate minimum $ 165,000
Salary/rate maximum $ 227,000
