In this pivotal role, you will play a key part, by providing high-level administrative support to the Group Ex-Co Office, ensuring seamless coordination across complex schedules, sensitive communications, and strategic engagements. The ability to manage the executive’s calendar with precision and commitment, ensuring no detail is overlooked, will be essential to success.
To be successful as an Executive Assistant Ex-Co Group, you should have:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite and Ex-Co level leaders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools
High level of discretion, integrity and professionalism and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience in financial services or a global corporate environment
Familiarity with tools such as Concur, Workday and document management systems
Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in New York, NY.
Minimum Salary: $80,000
Maximum Salary: $115,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

To provide administrative and organisational support to executives, managers, or teams. To manage schedules, acting as a trusted point of contact, ensuring seamless coordination, efficient task management, and a professional presence for their assigned individuals or teams.
