Explore locationJoin Barclays as a US Tax Documentation Analyst role, where you’ll have the chance to ensure accurate and timely validation of client tax documentation. In this role, you will actively monitor changes in client circumstances and manage the renewal process. This position supports Barclays’ compliance with evolving US IRS tax regulations, helping the firm stay aligned with current requirements. You will help mitigate operational and regulatory risks, contributing to the overall integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of the bank’s tax reporting and client onboarding processes.
To be successful as a US Tax Documentation Analyst, you should have:
Basic understanding of US IRS Ch3, 61 tax regime, familiarity with W8/ W9 tax form validation
Ability to interpret client tax documentation, withholding, reporting issues, identify risks and able to problem-solve
Good communication skills, and stakeholder management with both internal and external client
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Technical skills in analyzing large data sets
Ability to produce metrics and analyze trends, identify potential issues, and risk exposure
Experience in system/ technology/ regulation rollout types of projects as a SME role
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in Whippany, NJ.
Minimum Salary: $70,000
Maximum Salary: $140,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
