In this role, you will provide senior‑level administrative support to Research leadership, including MD‑level executives, in a fast‑paced front‑office environment. You will manage complex calendars, coordinates meetings, oversees travel logistics, and ensures adherence to internal T&E and Compliance policies. You will bring project management capabilities and the ability to prepare, edit, and format professional presentations and communications.
To be successful as an Executive Assistant, you should have:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
Project management experience within financial services or trading‑floor environments
Expertise in calendar management, meeting coordination, and executive time prioritization
Skill in drafting, editing, and formatting emails, memos, reports, and presentations
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Multitasking ability with excellent organizational habits
High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work efficiently with senior‑level stakeholders in fast‑moving environments
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in our New York, New York office.
Minimum Salary: $110,000
Maximum Salary: $125,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
