Explore locationJoin Barclays as an FX Product Manager, VP, where you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of FX products and services supporting Corporate Banking clients across the Transaction Banking franchise. You will define the product vision, develop and prioritize the roadmap, commercialize market-leading solutions, enhance existing capabilities, and drive digital transformation initiatives that deliver sustainable business growth. Serving as the product owner for designated FX capabilities, you will balance client needs, commercial viability, operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and technical feasibility while collaborating closely with Sales, Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Finance. To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of foreign exchange products, cross-border payments, corporate treasury requirements, market dynamics, technology platforms, and the regulatory environment affecting FX solutions.
To be successful as a FX Product Manager, VP, you should have:
Deep understanding of FX and Payments products, including Wire, ACH, Check, FX, and cross-border payment solutions
Knowledge of industry standards and messaging formats including SWIFT, MT, ISO 20022 XML, and NACHA
Financial services experience with strong knowledge of Corporate Banking products and the regulatory environment
Proven track record of owning and delivering strategic product initiatives
Experience developing and managing product roadmaps and product backlogs

Analytical, commercial, and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to build relationships, manage stakeholders effectively, and influence key decisions

This role is located in New York, NY.
Minimum Salary: $155,000
Maximum Salary: $200,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
