You will be working on a variety of assets and assignments across the sector, while supporting the Communications and Media Group team. You’ll make use of your communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring fast and unparalleled customer service to our clients.
To be successful as an IB Analyst, Communications and Media Group you should have:
Experience building and maintaining complex models for media, telecom, and digital businesses to support strategic decision-making
Proficiency in interpreting and evaluating income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and complex debt structures
Experience in supporting high-profile transactions, including M&A, IPOs, and secondary offerings
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Creating client-ready materials showcasing valuation, deal structures, and strategic insights
Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to deliver actionable recommendations and transaction updates
Conducting deep-dive research on communications and media sectors, including competitive benchmarking and trend forecasting
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in the New York, NY office.
This role is regulated by FINRA
Minimum Salary: $110,000
Maximum Salary: $135,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
