To be successful in this role you should have below skills:

  • Define workforce planning framework, interactions with downstream planning team for long-range initiatives​. Initially forecasting will be undertaking on a 12 month basis with a vision to build capability for rolling forecasts beyond that over time (up 3 years)

  • Orchestrate annual and ad-hoc workforce planning cycles by coordinating inputs, timelines, and stakeholder engagement and define KPIs to monitor WFP plan effectiveness​

  • Complete baseline estimates of workforce size, cost, skills and demand within the planning tool, leveraging historical trends and market insights to enable data-driven workforce planning.

  • Analysis and presentation of workforce & financial data to provide insights into business performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.

  • Shall we add the timeframes ; up to 12 months forecasts, with a vision to partner with the business on building rolling forecasts beyond that over time (up to 36 months)

  • Development and implementation of business unit workforce & financial strategies, plans and budgets, using insights to evaluate the workforce & financial implications of strategic initiatives and recommend appropriate actions. This includes supporting businesses & HR teams identify the talent action plans (e.g. build, buy, borrow, bind, bot) required to deliver business plans.

  • Development of workforce & financial models to forecast future performance, assess investment opportunities, and evaluate workforce & financial risks for business units, and to analyse the impact of business decisions on workforce &  financial performance and provision of recommendations.

  • Cross functional collaboration to provide workforce &  financial insights and guidance to business unit stakeholders.

  • Identification of opportunities and implementation of workforce & financial process improvements that streamline workforce & financial operations.

Some other highly valued skills may include below:

  • Experience in building holistic workforce plans incorporating key HR and Finance dimensions of workforce size, cost, shape, locations and skills.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, working across a mix of HR, Finance and business teams, to support the development and proactive monitoring of accurate workforce forecasts.


This role will be based out of Noida.

Purpose of the role

To provide financial expertise and support to specific business units or departments within the organisation, and act as a liaison between the finance function and various business units, helping to bridge the gap between financial data and business decisions.  

Accountabilities

  • Development and implementation of business unit financial strategies, plans and budgets, using insights to evaluate the financial implications of strategic initiatives and recommend appropriate actions.

  • Support to business units in identification, assessment, and mitigation of financial risks, including provision of training and guidance to business units on financial risk management and compliance practices.
  • Analysis and presentation of financial data to provide insights into business performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
