In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day client inquiries, delivering consistent, high‑quality service with professionalism and responsiveness. You will support client needs across onboarding, KYC refreshes, refunds, reviews, and operational requests while adhering to established policies and procedures. You will bring strong risk awareness, including fraud prevention, complaints handling, and data integrity standards.
To be successful as an ICB Coverage - Inbound Associate Banker, you should have:
Ample understanding of risk management, complaints handling, fraud awareness, and data integrity
Experience following standard operating procedures (onboarding, KYC reviews, operational processes)
High attention to detail to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and audit‑ready
FINRA registrations: SIE, Series 63, and 79 or willingness to obtain

This role is located in our New York, NY office.
This role is regulated by FINRA.
Minimum Salary: $75,000
Maximum Salary: $125,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
