Join us as an Origination Asset Manager-Participations in Wholesale Lending Operations. This role involves managing the execution, booking, and ongoing asset management of investment-grade, leveraged loan facilities and asset-based loans. You will oversee the end-to-end closing process, including collaboration with Business teams, Legal, Credit, Portfolio, and Loan Operations. Key responsibilities include submitting Commitment Letters, reviewing Credit Agreements, and building facilities into our operational system, Loan IQ. Candidates should have experience in loan operations, with a focus on accuracy and service delivery in closing/booking processes.

• Oversee the execution, booking, and ongoing asset management of investment-grade and leveraged loan facilities in Wholesale Lending Operations

• Manage end-to-end loan closing processes, collaborating with Business, Legal, Credit, Portfolio, and Loan Operations teams

• Review and submit Commitment Letters and Credit Agreements, ensuring operational mechanics are in place for loan transactions

• Utilize Loan IQ to process client fund disbursements, ensuring accuracy in booking and documentation

• Address risks associated with closing delays to maintain service levels, accuracy in records, and adherence to loan operations standards

This role is based out of New York.

Salary/rate minimum $68,000

Salary/rate maximum $98,000

Purpose of the role

To support Wholesale Lending with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution. 

Accountabilities

  • Support with day-to-day Wholesale Lending initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution through lending technical expertise.
  • Monitoring the bank’s lending operations to ensure that they are conducted in an efficient and effective manner and comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate Wholesale Lending processes.
  • Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations for change in Wholesale Lending processes.
  • Development and implementation of Wholesale Lending procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Development of reports and presentations on Wholesale Lending performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
  • Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in Wholesale Lending Services.
  • Participation in projects and initiatives to improve Wholesale Lending efficiency and effectiveness.
