Explore locationJoin us at Barclays as a Market Data Vendor Manager where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving cost efficiency and strategic value across our market data services. In this AVP role, you’ll work closely with external vendors to secure favorable contract terms and pricing, while ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations, exchange rules, and regulatory standards. Internally, you’ll collaborate with business stakeholders to align market data solutions with Barclays’ broader commercial strategy, negotiating contracts, oversight of vendor relationships, and identifying the best-fit products at the best cost. This is your opportunity to use your deep knowledge of market data vendors to influence strategic outcomes and shape commercial success.
To be successful in your role as Market Data Vendor Manager, you should have:
Market Data Vendor & Contract Oversight experience
Experience with cost allocation, tools like MDM & Process Unity, and understanding of rights to use (market data usage policies)
Project coordination experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Stakeholder & Relationship Oversight
Data Analysis & financial tools
Financial services experience (strongly preferred)

This role is located in New York, NY.
Minimum Salary: $110,000.00
Maximum Salary: $150,000.00
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
Purpose of the role
To partner with key stakeholders and forums to oversee Procurement service delivery, provide advice and develop procurement strategy to meet both the needs of the business and Procurement.
