In this role, you will sit in the Prime Structuring team and focus on analyzing, modeling, and applying pricing, economics, and commercial frameworks for a range of financial instruments across Prime, Equities, and Fixed Income Financing businesses. You will combine complex information quickly and translate it into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders across the business. You will have close collaboration across Prime Services, particularly in data strategy, tax, and financial resource management, to support return modeling across segments and regions.
To be successful as a Prime Structuring, Client Returns AVP, you should have:
Ability to model pricing, components, economics, and commercial applications of financial instruments
Financial services experience with ample knowledge of investment banking and financial markets
Basic quantitative and financial modeling skills, including Excel
Experience interpreting financial resource frameworks and conducting competitor analysis
FINRA Series 7 and 63 or willingness to obtain

Ability to absorb complex material quickly and adapt thinking to new situations
Considerable written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to diverse stakeholders
High attention to detail and structured analytical thinking
Desire to deepen structuring expertise across asset classes
Ability to creatively solve problems and work effectively across cross‑functional teams
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in our New York, NY office.
This role is regulated by FINRA.
Minimum Salary: $125,000
Maximum Salary: $175,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

To execute trades and manage risk within a defined portfolio of financial instruments and staying informed about market trends and developments to make informed trading decisions.
