Explore locationJoin Barclays as a Project Manager/PMO, Business Development VP, where you will play a pivotal role in monetizing the corporate banking platform by identifying and executing revenue-generating efforts that build on existing capabilities. Sitting within the Business Development team, you will partner closely with the Americas Head of CSS and Business Development to drive transformative proposition builds, not just technical delivery. As a VP, you will manage a portfolio of strategic projects, run governance forums, and act as the central coordinator across stakeholders to ensure timely and effective execution. Responsibilities include conducting analysis, preparing documentation, tracking progress, and supporting end-to-end program management. The role demands a well-developed commercial lens, with the ability to translate business strategy into actionable change programs that deliver measurable financial impact. Day-to-day, you will lead workstreams, manage stakeholder communications, provide executive-level updates, and support ad-hoc activities to maintain momentum.
To be successful as a Project Manager/PMO, Business Development VP, you should have:
Experience in project management, PMO, or business transformation within corporate banking or financial services
Experience managing and delivering revenue-producing efforts that leverage and expand existing platform assets
Ample governance leadership, including running executive forums and managing cross-functional portfolios
A deep understanding of commercial proposition development and strategic execution

This role is located in New York.
Minimum Salary: $145,000
Maximum Salary: $215,000
