Explore locationEmbark on a transformative journey as a Technology Delivery Manager - VP. At Barclays, our vision is clear –to redefine the future of banking and help craft innovative solutions. In this role, you are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex technology infrastructure programmes across campuses, offices, and data centres, spanning networks, workplace technology, and core platforms. You will lead multi-vendor, cross‑functional teams to ensure delivery is aligned with business strategy, risk appetite, regulatory obligations, and enterprise technology standards. As a senior delivery leader, the VP provides governance, assurance, and sustained momentum across multiple concurrent programs.
To be successful as a Technology Delivery Manager - VP, you should have:
Proven experience delivering large scale technology infrastructure programmes such as Campus technology, Office technology, data centres, networks, end user computing, core IT platforms across multiple locations and teams
Ample ability to operate in a matrix environment, influencing senior technology, security, property, and business stakeholders without direct line authority
Deep understanding of delivery governance, risk management, dependency management, and regulatory control expectations within enterprise environments
Experience managing programme budgets, vendor contracts, forecasts, and financial controls, including business cases and funding approvals
Considerable command of delivery methodologies, waterfall, agile, hybrid, planning, milestones, RAID, and execution tracking to drive predictable outcomes
Other highly valued skills include:
MSP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Agile, PMP, or equivalent programme delivery certification
Prior experience in one or more areas such as data centre migration, cloud / hybrid infrastructure, network transformation, or global workplace technology rollout
Experience leading infrastructure delivery as part of broader business transformation, location strategy, or operating model change
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant to success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology skills, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in our New York, New York office.
Minimum Salary: $155,000
Maximum Salary: $225,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

To manage change projects that help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
