What will you be doing?

Barclays Capital Services Inc. seeks Vice President, Investment Banking in New York, NY (multiple positions available):

•    Lead execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, including valuation, deal process management, negotiations and other types of analysis in addition to mentoring and managing junior team members
•    Provide financial advisory services on a range of transactions including M&A, and raise of capital in the form of investment grade and non-investment grade debt, equity, revolving credit facility, etc
•    Lead a team to put together a company valuation through discounted cash flow, transaction comparables, trading comparables and other methods
•    Prepare and analyze marketing materials such as teaser, investment memorandum and management presentation
•    Manage transaction processes through coordinating correspondence with clients, potential investors, sellers, and advisors
•    May telecommute

What we’re looking for:

•    Employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field 
•    3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
•    Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in
•    Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
•    6 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation 

Where will you be working?

You will be working at our New York, New York location at 745 Seventh Avenue. This 37-story office tower is located in Times Square in the heart of Manhattan and features a cafeteria, fitness center and state-of-the-art LED signage on the façade of the building. The building is easily accessible to Restaurants, Shops and Public Transportation.

Salary / Rate Minimum/yr: $275,000
Salary / Rate Maximum/yr: $302,500

The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

This position is eligible for incentives pursuant to Barclays Employee Referral Program.
