What will you be doing?

Barclays Services Corp seeks Business Analyst, AVP in New York, New York (multiple positions available):

• Manage and maintain the product backlog for the CRM (Client Relationship Management) applications and bank operations processes that integrate current and future technology platforms and existing back-end applications
• Drive product development and implementation using Agile methodologies (JIRA, Confluence and Sprints) to refine product backlog items and define the acceptance criteria
• Own the creation of operational designs and requirements analysis aspect of small to medium sized projects from inception to delivery
• Work with key stakeholders to document user stories and non-functional requirements
• Document the AS-IS business processes and help shape the TO-BE business processes and identify potential areas of improvement
• Solicit sign-off from Architecture, Product Owners, Legal and Compliance
• Answer queries and maintain the issues/features tracking database with the Development and Testing teams to ensure all deliverables are met
• Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and Business Stakeholders on progress, risks, and issues
• Responsible for user on boarding for new and existing CRM applications
• May telecommute.

What we’re looking for:

• Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business and Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; and
• Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation

Where will you be working?

You will be working at our New York, New York location at 745 Seventh Avenue. This 37-story office tower is located in Times Square in the heart of Manhattan and features a cafeteria, fitness center and state-of-the-art LED signage on the façade of the building. Salary / Rate Minimum/yr: $147,000
Salary / Rate Maximum/yr: $162,000

The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
