Explore locationAs a Business Relationship Manager at Barclays, you will utilise your stakeholder management skills to build and maintain relationships with our existing high value clients. You will identify opportunities to attract new clients to Barclays with your business development expertise. Being flexible and adaptable with your time you will manage your own diary effectively ensuring that our clients' needs are met. This role offers variety as you will be visiting clients at their premises, working in the office, and working from home each week.
To be successful as a Business Relationship Manager, you should have experience with:
Business development.
Client relationship management.
Managing internal and external stakeholders.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role will be based in Newbury.
